The Assaulted Staff Action Program (ASAP) is a program designed to help you if you are assaulted at work. ASAP will help you get the medical attention and other assistance you need, so that you can recover from your assault as quickly as possible. You can also use ASAP to report the assault to the police, if that's what you want to do. ASAP offers medical and mental health services, as well as legal advice from our lawyers who specialize in workplace violence cases. If needed, we can also arrange for transportation home or even relocation if it's unsafe for you to stay at work after being assaulted. You should know that ASAP is confidential; we won't tell anyone else about your case unless we're legally required to do so.
